This Privacy Policy explains how Ottora Studio ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal information when you use ottorastudio.com (the "Site") and our services. Ottora Studio is a business registered in the State of Qatar Commercial Registration No. 239386, located at Zone 56, Street 995, Building 212, Floor 1, Unit 91, Doha, Qatar.

By using the Site and our services, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide:

  • Account details — first name, last name, email address, and phone number.
  • Booking details — rooms, dates, times, add-ons, and related preferences.
  • Podcast and consultation details — business name, job title, requirements, budget indications, timelines, and other information you submit in our forms.
  • Communications — messages you send us by email, WhatsApp, or contact forms.

Information collected automatically:

  • Technical data — such as device, browser, and usage information, and security signals used to protect our forms (for example, bot-protection checks).
  • Session data — cookies and similar technologies necessary to keep you logged in and to operate the checkout (see our Cookie Policy).

Payment information:

  • Card payments are processed by our payment provider, Sadad. We do not collect or store your full card details on our systems. We retain a record of the transaction (such as an order reference, amount, currency, status, and transaction number) to manage your bookings.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • create and manage your account;
  • process bookings, payments, subscriptions, and refunds;
  • confirm, remind, reschedule, and follow up on your sessions (including automated booking, reminder, and status emails);
  • respond to consultation and podcast requests and prepare proposals;
  • provide customer support and communicate with you;
  • protect the security and integrity of our Site and services;
  • comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

We process your information where it is necessary to perform our contract with you (e.g. fulfilling a booking), where we have a legitimate interest (e.g. securing our services and improving them), where you have given consent (e.g. certain communications), or where required to meet a legal obligation.

4. How We Share Your Information

We share information only as needed to operate our services, including with:

  • Sadad — to process payments securely.
  • Supabase — our backend and database provider, which hosts your account and booking data.
  • Hostinger — our email service, used to send transactional emails.
  • Cloudflare — used for security and bot protection on our forms.

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information where required by law or to protect our legal rights.

5. International Transfers

Some of our service providers may process data outside the State of Qatar. Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure your information is handled securely and in line with this Policy.

6. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the services, resolve disputes, and comply with legal, tax, and accounting requirements. When no longer required, information is deleted or anonymised.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including access controls and encryption in transit. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our services are intended for individuals aged 18 and over, or minors acting with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children without appropriate consent.
